1. Abrir el Editor de registro. (Inicio > Ejecutar … y escribir  «regedit»)

2. Dentro del Editor de registro navegar hastaHKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Word\Data

3. Realizar clic con el botón secundario de ratón en la carpeta «Data» y borrarla

4. Abrimos el Word y solucionado el problema.
